Aarti Ravikumar, MD
Dr. Aarti Ravikumar obtained her B.A. from Stanford University. She then proceeded to complete her medical school at SUNY Downstate. She completed her internal medicine residency at Albert Einstein / Montefiore where she won awards for "Outstanding Resident" and the "Barry Mishkin Award for Humanity, Ethics and Excellence in the Practice of Medicine."
Dr. Aarti Ravikumar completed her endocrinology fellowship at Mount Sinai where she was elected to be the chief fellow.
Dr. Aarti Ravikumar has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and remains a voluntary faculty member at Mount Sinai.
Sunita Ravikumar, MD
Dr. Sunita Ravikumar is a board certified endocrinologist who has been in practice for more than 30 years. She completed her fellowship training at the WCMC where she published peer-reviewed articles.
Dr. Sunita Ravikumar has won multiple awards for her outstanding work including the Castle Connolly Best Doctors of the New York Metro Area.
Dr. Sunita Ravikumar has extensive experience treating diabetes, thyroid disease and bone disease.
Our Practice
We are board-certified endocrinologists and treat all general endocrinology issues. The practice has been established for more than 30 years. We have two conveniently located offices, one in Dobbs Ferry and the other in Mount Vernon. We offer free parking at both locations. We also offer on-site blood draws.
We accept almost all insurances and are accepting new patients.
We have an in-office ultrasound and perform US Guided Fine-Needle Aspiration of suspicious thyroid nodules. We also provide vascular / circulatory testing for patients with diabetes.
The practice is affiliated with Phelps Hospital, St. John's Riverside Hospital, St. John's Dobbs Ferry Hospital and Montefiore Mount Vernon.
